Strategic Adaptive Plan
The Church Planting Commission will focus all efforts and activity on five elements of an adaptive strategic plan, guided by five committees to align the Commission’s activity towards its shared outcomes and goal of one million churches globally.
Leadership Initiative
The Leadership Committee seeks to develop and equip the next generation of church planters in every nation across the fellowship.
Research Initiative
The Research Committee helps count and determine the baseline number of churches and tracks ongoing church planting activity.
Advocacy & Marketing Initiative
The Advocacy & Marketing Committee equips leaders to cast the vision and share the importance of church planting within their national contexts.
Platform Initiative
The Platform Committee establishes a database and a platform that allows us to work as a global initiative to share best practices, resources, and measurements in a secure method.
Coaching & Facilitation Initiative
The Coaching & Facilitation Committee brings together diversely skilled local and national leaders to equip church planters with the capacity to lead well in executing their church planting strategies.
The Church Planting Commission believes we will experience a mighty move of God through the multiplication of Assemblies of God churches globally, pastors being trained and equipped, new and existing congregations being formed and connected to resources, and ultimately lives transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ.
